Have you ever tried "Curacha" or Spanner crab?

“Curacha” or Spanner Crab is a highly-prized marine crab that is steamed or boiled when served as a delicacy not only in the seafood restaurants of Zamboanga City,
but also in Metro Manila. Curacha is relished for its meat. One thing that is unique about Curacha or Spanner Crab is the color of its shell which is red even before it's cooked.
